How to be super successful

There have been many things that made a huge difference in my life and success. But one thing that really stood out was when I began to pay attention to my thoughts and feelings. Let me share my experience with you, and maybe one day you'll do the same and transform your life too.

I noticed that I often had negative thoughts that just wouldn't go away. I didn't like it, but I wasn't doing anything about it either. At that time, I spent a lot of time driving, so I came up with a little game. I took two small pieces of paper and wrote "thinking" on one and "feeling" on the other. Then, I stuck them in my car—one on the left side, behind the steering wheel, and the other on the right side. I could easily see them while driving.

I wanted to remind myself throughout the day to check what I was thinking and feeling. Every time I saw those papers while driving, I'd think about my thoughts and feelings at that moment, whether they were good or bad. If they were negative, I would say the word “erase." If that didn't work, I'd push the negative thought out with positive thoughts. It took some practice, but as days turned into weeks, it became a habit. I didn't even need the labels anymore—I automatically checked my thoughts and replaced negatives with positives.

Over time, I became more positive, and my life started changing. I seemed to attract good things into my life. I began living a peaceful and happy life because I stopped focusing on the negative.

After a few months, my mind was trained. I no longer needed the labels; I was constantly monitoring my thoughts. My guard that stands at the entrance of my mind warns be of incoming negative thoughts.

If you try this, it can make a huge change in your life too. You could then start a personal development program, working on things like your attitude, character, how you treat people and yourself, your goals, finances, and your dream life.

Over a decade ago, a man made a promise to me that if I would change, everything would change for me. And it did. So, I pass that promise on to you. If you're willing to change, everything else will change for you too.

Are you a struggling employee?

It all begins with an idea.

Many workers struggle with keeping their personal issues from affecting their job. They long for a stress-free life where they can focus on their relationships, feel good about themselves, and excel at work. They desire promotions, pay raises, and success in their careers, ultimately seeking peace and fulfilment.

To achieve this, they must focus on personal development, which means working on themselves more than on their job. It involves gaining control of their thoughts and emotions to stay positive and productive. Personal development empowers individuals to take charge of their lives, eliminate stress, and envision a brighter future.

Imagine waking up every day feeling happy, having fulfilling relationships, and achieving your goals effortlessly. That's the essence of personal development.

Unfortunately, many people live contrary lives, filled with negativity and stress. But it doesn't have to be that way. Starting today, monitor your thoughts and emotions. When negative thoughts arise, consciously replace them with positive ones. Write down your ideal life in present tense and visualize it with strong emotions to reset your mindset.

Consistently controlling your thoughts will help eliminate negativity and pave the way for a fulfilling life. You can start with a 7-day challenge: focus only on positive thoughts and remove negative ones immediately. If a negative thought lingers for more than 10 seconds, restart the challenge. With practice, you'll find yourself lasting longer each time and experiencing positive changes.

Personal development is the key to success. Make the necessary changes and strive to become the best version of yourself every day.

How Can I make more money?

It all begins with an idea.

There isn't a single person I've met over the years who doesn't want to increase their income. It's something we all aspire to do. Some aim to earn large sums of money, while others simply want a bit more. Some dream of making millions, while others seek a passive income of a few hundred thousand dollars a year. We all have unique dreams and desires when it comes to financial goals.

For many people, the reality is they don't know how to increase their income or where to begin. Most believe they need to start immediately by selling something or offering a service today to see money coming in right away.

Is this you?

The key to making more money isn't external; it's within us. If we don't have the money we want today, it's not due to any outside force but rather our internal beliefs—specifically, the belief systems ingrained in our subconscious minds, often adopted in childhood.

The environment we grew up in as children heavily influences our subconscious mind. If we were raised in a household where money was scarce, those beliefs often shape our mindset today, whether we realize it or not. For instance, if we frequently heard phrases from our parents like "money doesn't grow on trees" or "you have to work hard to make ends meet," these messages can contribute to our current financial situation.

If we want to significantly increase our income, it starts in our mind. We must reprogram our old belief systems.

Reprogramming won't happen overnight, but if we start today and put in consistent effort daily, we'll be surprised at how quickly we can make progress.

We need to clarify the exact amount we want; vague figures won't do. To achieve the lifestyle we desire, we must determine how much we need to earn each month. Once we have that figure, we should ask ourselves if it's significantly more than what we currently earn.

If that's the case, it's okay to keep that higher amount as our end goal. Next, we should identify what the sweet spot is and use this as a  target amount that will help us progress toward reaching our larger goal.

The sweet spot is an amount that excites us and that we truly believe we can achieve. If the amount only excites us but we don't believe it's possible, we won't be able to reprogram our subconscious mind effectively. Reprogramming requires strong emotions and a burning desire, which come from genuine belief in our goals. Without belief, we won’t be able to influence the subconscious mind, because there is no strong emotions behind our feelings.

So, find your sweet spot. Once you have that amount—an amount that excites you and that you genuinely believe in—write it down on a small card. Carry this card with you every day, and write the amount in the present tense. Start with something like, "I am so happy and grateful now that I am earning..." and complete the sentence with your desired income goal.

Throughout the day, you'll naturally think about the amount written on your card because you carry it with you. Periodically, take it out and read the sentence aloud. The crucial part is to evoke the feelings as if you already possess that amount. Imagine how it would feel to see your bank statement reflecting that income. Stay in this mindset as much as possible throughout the day—act and feel as though you already have achieved your goal. This practice helps align your thoughts and emotions with your desired outcome.

These emotions will reprogram your subconscious mind to believe you already have achieved your goal. This belief will attract circumstances, events, and people into your life to help you reach your desired income. Moreover, your mind will reveal ways and opportunities for you to attain the amount you want. Staying aligned with these positive emotions and beliefs can profoundly influence your journey towards success.

This is something we should do every day. We need to stay focused on that mindset as much as possible.

When opportunities arise, take a look behind the doors they open and decide if they lead where you need to go. The universe guides the way; your job is to act when it does.

Money is abundant and everywhere. If someone has the money you desire, you can achieve it too. It all starts in your mind—then take action when opportunities arise. Follow this path, and you'll reach your goals and live the incredible life you've always wanted.
